Schorta's Alvetern Hotel and Restaurant is located at the entrance to Ardez.

Schorta's Alvetern has been owned by the Schorta family since 1976.
From a small guesthouse with 10 beds, the house has since developed into a small, stylish hotel with 25 beds.
In 2004/05, the restaurant and dining room were renovated in two phases.
The stylish rooms are modern and bright, inviting you to linger.
A handsome facade, a new kitchen, a reception area, and a guest lounge are planned.

The Castle Hall
The setting is stylish, cozy, and functional. The dishes are a poem. In this carefully renovated dining room, you will be pampered with every detail. Warm colors, atmospheric lighting, beautiful parquet floors, festively set tables, and personalized service will immediately win you over. Enjoy imaginative Graubünden cuisine, lovingly prepared by Fadri Schorta and his team. By the way, the "Burgsaal" is smoke-free!
